Things I Need...... and Want

**edit:  so with all these stupid sales going on, I am literally going crazy and me being desperately poor is not helping at all.  But I came up with this great idea!  Since my company is pretty generous with our end of year bonus, I'm thinking about charging all these items on my cc and then using the bonus to pay it off later.  no? not a good idea? damn. **

camera

i'm so tired of our crappy Sony camera and it's less than perfect picture quality.  UGH.  Must get new one, a Canon point-n-shoot is on the top of my list! And since I'm thinking about starting up a new blog, I need a better camera.

sewing machine

sewing machine? neccessity.  Why? do you really need to ask?

stevemadden

yea, I just want these. Even though they do not go over the knee.  I don't care.  I need boots, esp. grey ones.

speedy

LV Monogram Mini Lin Speedy? Yes please.  I will actually be getting this real soon.  But I just wanted to post it anyway.

Still a Shih-Tzu?

DSC02153
Chewie was getting so tangled and matted that we had to shave all his hair off.

DSC02154
Now he looks almost like a Chihuahua.

DSC02151
But still very adorable. =P

Omnivore’s Hundred

Following imurdstiny's instructions:

and she got it from Very Good Taste's blog:

Here’s a chance for a little interactivity for all the bloggers out there. Below is a list of 100 things that I think every good omnivore should have tried at least once in their life. The list includes fine food, strange food, everyday food and even some pretty bad food - but a good omnivore should really try it all. Don’t worry if you haven’t, mind you; neither have I, though I’ll be sure to work on it. Don’t worry if you don’t recognise everything in the hundred, either; Wikipedia has the answers.

Here’s what I want you to do:

1) Copy this list into your blog or journal, including these instructions.
2) Bold all the items you’ve eaten.
3) Cross out any items that you would never consider eating.
4) Optional extra: Post a comment at www.verygoodtaste.co.uk linking to your results.

Rainy Day

I could not open my eyes this morning.  The bed was too comfortable and warm and I did not want to get out of it.  Plus, it was raining.

Ugh.. I hate walking Chewie in the rain.  Luckily I did few rounds in the hallways and he did his business there.  Yay, did not need to get wet at all.

I went to bed last night at 11:50pm, hoping to finally get more sleep.  I figured I would be able to since I was already drifting off on the couch.. right?  Nope, all wrong.  I was just laying there with my eyes wide open.

Great.

So I popped open Twilight, hoping that the dreamy Edward to help me doze off.  But all that romance and stuff just made me more awake.  Damn it.  I decided to force myself to sleep, turned off the light and closed my eyes.  Random thoughts ran through my head and I found myself imagining things... but I wasn't really sleeping...?  It made my mind very restless for the next hour.  And it was 2:15am already.

omg.  two and a half hours.

Maybe I should stop taking naps on the couch.
